An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called Superior in 2004, after meeting Barry at Markville Mall, to put in a large front window in my large home. It was completed as promised and looked great. So 8 years later, after I had moved to a tiny townhouse, I still had Barry's card and decided to see if they were still around to do another window in my small house. I called and Barry came over as promised. He even remembered me! Even though this house was so small, I always wanted to have a Bay Window. I consulted with Barry, since I wasn't sure if it could be put into such a small place. Barry was able to make some helpful suggestions and the window was ordered . Barry made it so easy I also included 2 new windows for my bedroom. They came to install on the date that they said, in fact, I think they were early. The installation was professional and all debris was removed. The Bay window has been great, easy to clean and looks amazing. I'm sure it has added a lot of value to this tiny house.
