Because you signed up for a cloud back up solution we were able to retrieve your files quickly and painlessly. When you think your data has gone it can be heart wrenching. We always recommend that our clients have a back up plan.

We cannot stress how important it is to have a back up system especially for a small business like yourself. Computers fail, hard drives die and there is no guarantee that we can retrieve the files. We recommend Carbonite or Crash Plan as a back up system where your data is stored in the cloud.

He has more than 20 years experience having started with the big banks & then the telecom industry. This call was done using remote access software - efficient and cost effective. Pete was able to log in to your equipment and set up the required information for the network. He also used several utilities to clean up your computers from the malware.
