My son's computer crashed. I contacted Peter and he gave me options. I chose a refurbished computer. The costs of the computer was above the $100 service fee. Peter, amazingly, offered to get it, set it up and bring it over the next day. He also said he'd likely be able to recover my son's documents and game disc. While he was here, he also set up my 2 email accounts on my computer. It is so encouraging to know someone who can help me when "computer issues" take over the sanity in my home. This is second time I have called on Peter and both times have been very successful and stress relieving.
