I contacted PC Service regarding a problem with my iMac. The same day, I received outstanding customer service and advice. My cherished photos were recovered from my computer. We cannot stress how important it is to have a back up system especially for a small business like yourself. Computers fail, hard drives die and there is no guarantee that we can retrieve the files. We recommend Carbonite or Crash Plan as a back up system where your data is stored in the cloud.
