So after years of dealing with a builders grade furnace decided to finally upgrade. I had 5 quotes from various companies and to say the least the customer service was horrible. One company had zero information or brochures from a manufacture. The Rep literally wrote info down on a scrap piece of paper in 15 minutes for a 7000.00 furnace and A/C unit. Dave from comfort masters was educational and not pushy at all. He actually downsized the A/C unit to one that was all we needed for less price. Even with a newborn baby the install day went amazingly well. The guys kept us up to date on what they were doing and were respectful and courteous. In the end I would say the price was on the higher end but honestly it was worth it. I did not feel comfortable with any of the other companies we looked at. From are initial contact with Dave and the rest of the staff at comfort master the whole experience was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Last spring, I approached Comfort Masters to install a ductless (mini-split) air conditioning unit in my home. I had originally talked with Dave at the Home Show, looking for some advice, and I was impressed that he seemed to be giving me honest suggestions, rather than just trying to sell me more than what I actually needed.

The installation of the unit was somewhat difficult, as it involved getting up to the upper part of our third floor bedroom. But the installers were very friendly and considerate (cleaning up any mess), and the job was done without any hiccups.

The unit itself worked quite well over the first summer, as advertised. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

We used Comfort Masters to service our furnace and fireplace, which desperately needed some attention. We also used them for duct cleaning. They do have friendly and knowledgeable staff.

There were a couple of hiccups along the way and some gaps in communication, but at the end they did good work and I know they due truly care about their customer's satisfaction.

I decided to take Brian's advice with a new Lennox energy-efficient furnace after my 10-year-old York stopped working around Christmas. His team removed the old one, installed the Lennox and vacuumed the area. They ensured it worked with my thermostat also and has been working great since that day. I asked them to check out my gas fireplace that wouldn't turn on before they left and they got that going again. They were already here for 6 hours too and courteous from start to finish. If you have an HVAC problem, Comfort Masters is your solution.

From the first meeting until the job was done, Comfort Masters were very professional and answered all our questions. The product was of course superior, but it was the human touch that set this company apart from others. They answered all our questions, accommodated our very rigid schedule, and worked quickly to get us warm in our home (and ready for cool when we will end op needing it). All the workers were great, and courteous. Overall I give two thumbs up, or 10 stars!

Called them for a new air conditioner one afternoon in the middle of a heat wave. The sales person was at our home within 20 minutes and the air conditioner was installed at 8 the next morning. Unfortunately it went on and then off. The installers came right back, diagnosed the problem as our old thermostat. They were back by 7:15 the next morning to install a new one and everything has worked perfectly since. They were timely and very professional. I'll go to them for all our maintenance from now on.
