Service starts from the top. Brian has been a pleasure to deal with. He has been very patient with me many a times since I am a complete beginner when it comes to anything related to HVAC. Agreement process was fairly agreed upon and communication was always clear and prompt.

Install was done in the utmost professional manner. Little hiccups were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.

Our recent 1st Annual Maintenance was don't by Shawn was extremely professional, informative and pleasant. He had a 2nd visit which was promptly scheduled by the wonderful Heather.

Overall, without hesitation I would recommend Comfort Masters to anyone & everyone. As of today, they have always gone over and beyond with me.

If anything is ever an issue it is addressed and looked at in an efficient manner.

November 2016. I needed to install the gas range in my renovated kitchen. My old kitchen had the electrical range. The company professionals extended the existing gas pipe to the kitchen location outside house, and connected it to the new gas range. They used the good quality material. The job was done vey quickly with reasonable price.

Very responsive, quick to come out and diagnose. Little confusion as to the warrantied parts but other then that great experience. I would recommend them going forward. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm very happy with the work. I wouldn't recommend because I was told to cut my ceiling open to save money, as they would run the exhaust pipes through it.

I came home after the installers were almost finished and they exhausted out he side of the house...now I have a 10 foot long 16" wide hole in my basement ceiling I have to repair...that I didn't need to cut open in the end.

Other than that I'm very happy.

Installers / Technicians were extremely courteous and took the time to answer any inquiries I may have had

We had issues with our AC and I called the company to get someone to look at our system. Heather on the phone was very kind and knowledgeable.

Chris came out to do a maintenance service on our AC and furnace a few days after my initial call. He was very thorough and professional, and was more than willing to answer all of my questions when asked.

Great company overall to deal with. I would not hesitate to have them come out again to do work on our home. I'm recommending them to all my neighbours.

Thanks for the great work putting in the new furnace for my mother in law. She's happy... so I can be happy now. I plan on getting a new one for my families home next year and will certainly call back. Great stuff.

We hired Dave initially to clean our carpets, then for duct cleaning, and again for setting up our gas stove and BBQ lines. We've even called him to recommend other people for services we needed that he couldn't provide. He's a easy going guy, and we were instantly comfortable with him.

Master Comfort was one of 4 quotes we received. They were the most comprehensive, cost efficient, and helped us fix a number of unforeseen problems. Having recently moved in, we discovered that we did not have enough return air vents in the home, to facilitate the use of an air conditioner. Other companies suggested room systems, or quoted us on an air conditioner but didn't factor in the cost of adding new vents. Brian at Comfort Masters was the only one to take the time to figure out where the vents could go (up through two floors of the house), to give us more return air vents on each floor. His price was fair and we went with them. The crew arrived on time, on the day promised. They were polite, very hard workers (much of this work was in the attic or the crawlspace under the house). It was a two day job and they cleaned up each day after themselves. I have never had workmen leave the place so clean. The install looks great, our floors are still in great shape even with them having to cut through them, and we are very happy with the work. I would recommend Comfort Masters without hesitation. When our furnace goes, I'll be calling them!
