Dave came to the house to access out needs. Upon inspection and asking a few key questions he narrowed it down to 3 comparable units. At no time did I ever feel pressured purchase or to make a decision. He handled the consultation more about educating and making sure i understood the differences, functions and benefits.
When i made my decision on the units I wanted to get installed they were very accommodating to my personal schedule and needs. On installation day the technicians arrived on time and rolled out a carpet to keep everything as clean as possible. Upon completion they took their time to explain to me about each item that was installed and asked if there was anything else i needed clarification with before leaving. Great experience, great product screen and great employees.
