We bought our home a year ago and knew we needed to replace the furnace and air conditioning unit then, as they were original to the (1988) house. We made it through one winter and summer but knew they weren’t working efficiently. We had both replaced as well as a humidifier added to our furnace. Each step of the process went as expected; from the explanation of product options, setting up an energy audit and the install, as well as the respectful installers (their hard work and attention to detail should be noted). Overall we are (so far) very happy with the company, their professionalism and the products!

John the sales rep is great, super nice guy and willing to go the extra mile for you. The install team were also wonderful. Showed up on time, we're very polite and courteous, walked me through everything and made sure I understood how it worked. Would highly recommend this company

Long story short, I caught a whiff of gas in the basement. Nothing major but enough to catch my attention. Called Enbridge emergency services. Tech detected gas leak in the basement at a shut off valve. Whole house pressure test also showed a slow leak. Had to shut off gas to the house. This is on a Friday evening. Not good as most of the stuff in my house runs off gas. Hunted around for gas repair company online. Most calls ended with voicemail. Came across Comfort Masters. Live person! It was Brian. I asked if he could arrange for service next day first thing. Got a response back from Brian with confirmation that Sean would be there in the morning. Wow! So far so good. Next morning Sean arrives. I go over symptoms and do the walk about. ‘Walked’ with Sean during repairs where appropriate and when all was said and done house was tested gas-tight and back online. Sean was thorough, professional, did a great job and was a good guy to boot. Brian came through on getting me back up and running in short order. I was also provided information on an HRV system and tankless water heater solution. Grant it those are extra spend items but it’s the thought leadership that counts. Bravo guys. Would recommend to anyone.

Brian who sold me the unit was terrific. Explained my options and recommended a good quality and high eff unit and humidifier. He was great communicating and was able to book my install within the week. The installers did a good job but left a bit of a mess.

Furnace and AC replaced in the time promised, clean, quick installation. Required follow-up for minor details handled quickly and all to our satisfaction. I would definitely refer them for this kind of job.

From the minute Steve came by to give a quote I knew I was dealing with professionals. The day they started Brian came by to set up his crew. All required material was on site and ready for installation. Once the job was done Brian called to see if I was satisfied. There were a couple minor items I wasn't satisfied with and he immediately asked when he could come back to rectify them. I received another follow up call from Brian after they came back just to make sure I was satisfied with the final work. From quote to completion these guys make it very clear your satisfaction is #1. Great Job, look forward to working with you guys again on future projects.
Work performed:
Relocate 3 returns. Relocate 1 feed. Refeed 2 ducts to solarium. Provide 2 new feeds in basement. Provide and install 1 gas fireplace, 1 power vented 60gal hot water tank, 1 variable speed high efficiency furnace and 1 humidifier for new furnace.

Service starts from the top. Brian has been a pleasure to deal with. He has been very patient with me many a times since I am a complete beginner when it comes to anything related to HVAC. Agreement process was fairly agreed upon and communication was always clear and prompt.

Install was done in the utmost professional manner. Little hiccups were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.

Our recent 1st Annual Maintenance was don't by Shawn was extremely professional, informative and pleasant. He had a 2nd visit which was promptly scheduled by the wonderful Heather.

Overall, without hesitation I would recommend Comfort Masters to anyone & everyone. As of today, they have always gone over and beyond with me.

If anything is ever an issue it is addressed and looked at in an efficient manner.

November 2016. I needed to install the gas range in my renovated kitchen. My old kitchen had the electrical range. The company professionals extended the existing gas pipe to the kitchen location outside house, and connected it to the new gas range. They used the good quality material. The job was done vey quickly with reasonable price.

Very responsive, quick to come out and diagnose. Little confusion as to the warrantied parts but other then that great experience. I would recommend them going forward. Staff is friendly and helpful.
