called this company, and the same day, they sent eddy to give an estimate. eddy stayed for over an hour, and went over the furnace/ac system of a house we had just bought. he didn't try to upsell us to a larger size, and gave the most competitive quote for american standard ac system. work was done the next week.

Brian is very friendly, and upfront with all his quotes. He is knowledgeable about his products, and prices are competitive.

Stouffville Home & Comfort gave us good advice in helping select an excellent, supplementary a/c unit that meets our needs beautifully. They installed it neatly and quickly and the price was fair and without "extras" despite some installation challenges i.e., the bathroom exhaust fan installation was a tricky retrofit in a 130 year-old house which required cramped work in a hot attic filled with loose insulation. Each of the workmen was cheerful, prompt, professional and capable. They worked quickly and left a clean work site. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and Brian oversaw things in an effective, unobtrusive manner. I would certainly use this firm again and am most happy to recommend them.

We just bought a house and renovated it. Before we moved in I wanted to make sure we were breathing good air. I called Dave and he did an amazing job for us. No rush....it took him 10 hours (yes...we have 4 furnaces). He explained the process and offered us suggestions to replace vents and how to run the appliances more effectively. He also came back to clean the carpet in our basement. Great job!!! I definitely recommend his company.

Chose Med Air based on positive reviews to clean my ducts in June 2011. Could not have been happier. Dave and Evan showed up on time to the minute. They were very careful throughout my house and explained everything they were doing. They also gave me some great advise on my dryer ducting, recommendation on how to improve air flow in my house as well as pinpointed where I was getting air leak in my furnance and recommendations how to fix it.

It is obvious that the people at SH&C know what they are talking about and are in business for the long term. From the initial sales meeting to the final installation, the staff and owner, Brian, at SH & C gave us the assurance that they provide A1 service. Their salesperson was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to educate the customer. The products are working wonderfully so far. SH & C are not going to be the least expensive however we have the assurance that they will be around for a long time to stand behind their product. We were extremely happy with our experience with SH & C.
