Was looking for a furnace humidifier as my family finds our house to be very dry. I found Stouffville Home & Comfort on the net and emailed asking for pricing. Brian was very responsive and provided me with a quote that I felt was competitive. He completed the work quickly and efficiently within a couple of days of contact.

I will be constricting him in the early spring about central A/C for the house.

I knew that I needed my ducts cleaned but I didn't believe that these telemarketers would do the job right. When I question them on their procedure, they were not clear on the method. Dave was able to answer all my concerns. He explained to me that, not only does he connects his super vacuum to the ducts. He also inserts a long high pressure air hose that blows all the dirt loose. When he can to do the job. he impressed me further on how through he was. He worked on each section until it was completely clean. He was also very knowledgeable about maximizing air flow. Thanks to Dave we breath better and we dust less often.

I had contacted Dave for duct and carpet cleaning. I found him through this website and wan't sure what to expect despite the great reviews. However, right after speaking with him over the phone, I could tell that he is truly passionate about helping people improve the air quality in their homes.

Initially, Dave took the time to analyze the airflow situation in my basement and found various problems. He got to the root of the problem and provided me with solutions in resolving the cold air issue as well ensuring more efficient duct cleaning in the future. He was full of very useful information and honest with me.

Dave was extremely thorough and efficient in the duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. He took two hours and found items in the ducts that had been in there since construction 12 years ago. I have had at least two very reputable companies clean the air ducts in the past who obviously did not do a very good job.

In additional to the cleaning he removed my couch from the basement without additional fees. That alone speaks volumes regarding his service!

It has only been two days and I already feel much better breathing the air in my home and my six year old carpet feels like it's brand new! Dave is a true professional who went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Dave and his team, I will gladly refer you to everyone that I know!

Dave does amazing work, we can feel the difference in our home. My husband and I have lived in our home for aprox 4 years, it was a new construction and from the very beginning our ensuite bathroom has always been cold (freezing in winter) and my husbands allergies have been bad. A few months ago we installed hardwood floors in the hopes that his allergies would subside, but there was little to no change. Last week Med Air came to clean our ducts, Dave and his team arrived on time and did a professional and efficient job. While cleaning, Dave found several sloppy duct connections and an internal air diverter in our main line that was almost closed, he fixed these and balanced our air flow - promising we would feel a difference in our bathroom. He cleaned our ducts - which were very fuzzy! even though the builder had "cleaned" them when we moved in. It has now been a week and we are AMAZED. Our bathroom is no longer a meat locker and my husband's allergies are so much better (less snoring!!! which makes me VERY HAPPY), I cannot believe what a difference there is in our home. In my opinion, Dave went above and beyond, he didn't just clean our duct work, he made our home a healthier more enjoyable place. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

This review is much over due, I had the AC installed back in June 2011 and wanted to wait till we actually got a chance to use it in the summer.

In the summer it has been great and worked just as expected, the staff was very friendly and did a great job and answered all my annoying questions which i had a lot. They where not the cheapest quote i got but i went with Stouffville Home because of the quality of work and the reviews on RFD and not trying to up sell garbage, like other companies.

Brain is very friendly and will definitely call them again for all my HVAC needs.

My only complaint was the inspector found some improper wiring done (which was then FIXED), but rather I have no record that it was corrected or even a record of the inspection was done. Like I have no proof that the inspection was completed and if something were to happen how do i provide proof that it was not the AC at fault?

I emailed Brian today asking for a copy of the inspection and was will be getting a copy early next week. This is the customer service you get with these guys, providing excellent service even after 6 months.

I quoted these items with 4 different companies. Although Stouffville was not the cheapest, they were definitely very knowledgeable. Brian made sure I was comfortable with the product and gave me options to consider. He did exactly what he said he would do. The great part was that a 2 day job was completed in 1 day. The job was professional with attention to detail. The crew was extremely courteous and there work ethic was amazing. Brian followed up to ensure that I was happy with the final install. In short, I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I am comfortable and extremely happy with my choice.

based on reviews here i contacted David. he reply to my emails fast. he give me a quot and that's what i paid. he arrived on time. he work with a smile on his face. he spend extra time to make sure all done right. he even mentioned a leak on a vent pipe and fixed it. i recommend him

I had my ducts cleaned by Dave and Evan. Both were very efficient, knew what they were doing, were very courteous and very helpful and friendly. I would definately hire them again as well as reccomend their services to anyone!
