The guys who installed the A/C for me were very knowledgeable, careful and courteous, answered whatever questions I had, and did a pretty good job indeed - and even installed a missing bracket on my air filter which I didn't even ask for. And the new A/C is just awesome!

I was referred to this company after having a less than satisfying experience with another company who quoted me more money for less of a product and less service.

Not only did Stouffville Home comfort come out to my home to assess the problem, teh day I called, they gave me a written quote at the same time. When their service personnel came to install the unit, they were courteous, respectful and very efficient. I now have a working a/c unit that has a great warranty and a company that I will call in the future for any of my home heating and air conditioning needs.

Spoke with Eddy from Stouffville Home & Comfort. Was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was provided a very informative session up front and I did my own research later. Ultimately, I came back to SH&C. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for - quality work.

Great advice, no pressure and fuss free installation. Came in after 5pm to provide an estimate and advice. Brian also noticed by hot water exhaust disconnected and reinstallted/tightened it at no cost. Also provided advice on how to bring more heat into a far room. Clean, tidy and would call upon again w/o hesitation.

Med Air was recommended to us by a contractor. I did my research and after calling three companies for quotes on duct cleaning for our home, Dave was reasonably priced. Two other companies quoted me double for the same job. Dave was professional, friendly and on-time. He exceeded my expectations and went out of his way to accommodate special requirements for our house. I would definitely recommend Med Air to anyone requiring duct cleaning services.

We did a major reno on our new house so we wanted to get the ducts cleaned. After checking out homestars and reading the reviews I opted for Med Air. Dave and his associate Evan showed up, did a thorough No-Rush job. (about 2 hrs) In addition to taking their shoes off, Dave explained the whole process to me along the way and even spotlighted a major problem with my furnace and offered that I come on homestars to find a trustworthy furnace guy to fix it. They were professional and friendly.

Brian came to my home, made sense and quoted me a competitive number on a quality unit. I signed, paid a deposit, and the unit was installed on the day promised, and installed neatly and professionally. If only every contractor experience was this easy.

Recently we have had an unusual amount of dust accumulate on furniture soon after thorough dusting and cleaning. We also had an unusual amount of dust on the furnace filters, requiring frequent cleaning. We researched duct cleaning companies on the Web and contacted Med Air based on their reviews. We were not disappointed. Dave quickly identified the problem (improper duct cleaning the last time, leaving residual dust in the furnace and duct work that re-circulated through the system), cleaned everything thoroughly, identified a problem with the dryer venting and cleaned it out and installed proper venting - all for a very reasonable cost. He also recommended a replacement filter that is more effective and less costly than the ones we were using.

My wife and I had just purchased a resale home and needed the ducts cleaned and basement carpets cleaned. being non-smokers, we had hoped to get the smell of smoke out of the house quickly. The Med Air team definitely helped!

David arrived on time with his team to clean out the ducts. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. After cleaning the ducts he gave me a few tips on how to keep the ducts clean.

The following day David and his team came back to clean the basement carpet. They arrived on time and completed their work within an hour or so. Once again, courteous, friendly, and efficient. The only downside was they forgot to close both basement windows which I didnt figure out until 2 days afterwards.

The price was great, the service was excellent, and I would highly recommend Med Air (just remember to check your basement windows!).

Dave was recommended by our salesman to have our ducts cleaned before our new Furnace/AC/Filter were to be installed. Dave was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations regarding how to improve air flow. Dave and his partner Evan, worked through the house vent by vent from top to bottom and front to back. Reported debris findings and the place smelt great when they were done. They were very careful making sure all accessses were sealed and safe. A great job done by a couple of great guys.
