This review is much over due, I had the AC installed back in June 2011 and wanted to wait till we actually got a chance to use it in the summer. In the summer it has been great and worked just as expected, the staff was very friendly and did a great job and answered all my annoying questions which i had a lot. They where not the cheapest quote i got but i went with Stouffville Home because of the quality of work and the reviews on RFD and not trying to up sell garbage, like other companies. Brain is very friendly and will definitely call them again for all my HVAC needs. My only complaint was the inspector found some improper wiring done (which was then FIXED), but rather I have no record that it was corrected or even a record of the inspection was done. Like I have no proof that the inspection was completed and if something were to happen how do i provide proof that it was not the AC at fault? I emailed Brian today asking for a copy of the inspection and was will be getting a copy early next week. This is the customer service you get with these guys, providing excellent service even after 6 months.
