We had an issue with our air conditioner so at the recommendation of a neighbour we called Comfort Masters. They arrived later that day which was a nice surprise. Issue resolved. Will use again.

The installaton team delivery was excellent! Very polite and educated me on the product I bought. Jarred (Sales Rep) was very courteous and provided three options of A/C to choose from. I would highly recommend to my friends and family!

Bought a new HVAC system in May 2015. Received excellent advise on what to buy (took plenty time to explain the system and its components; provided insight into various products and the service provided by the company ... at no point was he saying anything negative about the competition), the installation team was awesome (on time, very though and also took enough time to explain the new system). The service technician we called (user error) was very responsive (received email/call within one hour of calling the help-desk) and in our house two days later, explaining the issue and providing guidance on how to resolve going forward.

Very happy with the new HVAC system ... less costs to operate while enjoying a higher level of comfort (climate and noise).

great job TEAM Comfort Master from Jarred explaining all our options to the installation CREW - I would 100% recommend Comfort Master to anyone making a conversion from Electric to Gas or purchasing a new furnace/AC unit- big job as included duct work but they did this seamlessly!

Found Climate Air @ Costco, got a quality Lennox & saved over $1000 in combined rebates. Excellent professional installation. Crew was very accomadating to my placement wishes and genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. Runners were put down inside as to not track any dirt in & site was clean after they left. Good job from the salesman to the installation team.

We shopped several heating and cooling companies in Barrie but it was quickly clear to us the Comfort Masters was the best choice. Their sales person Dave was the only one that showed up on time for our appointment, and his quote was much more clear than the competition. We actually ended up paying about $200 more than the lowest quote, but we didn't feel secure with the other company and Comfort Masters offered better payment terms. The job went smoothly and they were done before dinner. We are very satisfied with their work and will recommend. My only critique, which I told the installers on the day of the job, was that they should have been playing country music on their radio rather than top 40! You're pros at your job, but there is still a need to improve your taste in music!!
