I've read many reviews for this company and I can't really think of anything additional to say that hasn't been said already! As the reviewers below have said, they are prompt, very professional, priced fairly, reliable, and made us feel like we were their only customer. Several of my neighbours have used their services as well.

Prompt and professional service. Great after care support. Arrived as scheduled and completed necessary diagnostics, provided available options and arranged followup visit. Previously had them replace furnace, and will continue to use in the future.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales representative. Configured and priced system to our needs. Installers arrived on time and did a great job with the installation. Cleaned up well after the installation.

We purchased a central air conditioner from Comfortmasters last year and this spring noticed something was not working properly. Comfortmasters quickly came and serviced the unit under warranty. We were completely satisfied and impressed with their work. Their service people were courteous and communicated well. We appreciated their work and will definitely keep using them for all our heating / air conditioning service. Excellent customer service!

Our house sitter let us know the AC wasn't working. We've bought equipment from Comfort Masters in the past so we called them again. They arrived within the day and took care of everything. Since we are currently on vacation it's a relief to have a dependable company like CM to call when things go wrong. Thanks again boys! We recommend!

Comfort Master has done a great job on following up and addressing the concerns that I have encountered for the air conditioner being installed. They never walked away from my concerns and they will address and fix them in a professional way. I really appreciate it. Keep up the good work.

AC was not working properly. I called comfort masters and they arrived within the day. Mitch was polite and very informative. After looking at the AC he gave me my options and I decided to replace it which happened 2 days later. Everything went smooth, would recommend these guys.

I found Comfort Masters on HomeStars and liked the reviews. Dave worked around my schedule to meet with me. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I had limited space to work with and Dave gave me several options for optimal performance of the unit. (Not one other company even mentioned this concern to me!) The guys that installed the unit were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased with the overall experience of dealing with Comfort Masters and will recommend them to friends. When it comes time for a new furnace I will definitely be calling Dave!
