Bought a new HVAC system in May 2015. Received excellent advise on what to buy (took plenty time to explain the system and its components; provided insight into various products and the service provided by the company ... at no point was he saying anything negative about the competition), the installation team was awesome (on time, very though and also took enough time to explain the new system). The service technician we called (user error) was very responsive (received email/call within one hour of calling the help-desk) and in our house two days later, explaining the issue and providing guidance on how to resolve going forward. Very happy with the new HVAC system ... less costs to operate while enjoying a higher level of comfort (climate and noise).
