Last year we had replaced all our doors and windows . Exterior colour chosen was black . At the time of installation we were very satisfied with All Weather Windows . A few days later when the sun was shining on the doors , they were not black . They were a very dark brown . Reviewing our quote (# 757210 ) the fiberglass doors are suppose to be "Antique Black Caming " , the sill " Brown Anodized " . We called AWW and told them about the problem . Their response was that the door could not be painted black because it would warp . If that was the case , why were we not told of this when we ordered the "Black" doors ? Why does our quote say "Antique Black" ? Are they only interested in our hard earned money ? We spent over $25,000 for Black windows and Brown doors .
