window warranty and replacement
The customer service person did not return my calls regarding warranty/replacement info. My window was installed in my Sterling Home spec home and after 5 years a crack appeared across the window due to poor initial installation (I have pics to prove it once the window was removed and replaced), and after repeated contact, they refused to stand by their product and told me they were booking "8 weeks out" for estimates to replace.

Hello Tessamac, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that All Weather Windows Renovations does not sell to home builders. That would be another division, however,windows purchased by home builders are installed by their service crews and we unfortunately have no control over the way they install the product.
