Called them to install 2 furnaces and Water heater into a hall. They came and installed, looked fine. Then with the first rain, water was pouring in, soaking the drywall. Called them back, they checked, and worker called the main office, said they would come out and tar the roof to fix the hole and pay for drywall repair. No one called. I had to call them daily, they sent out another worker,William, said I would get his report in email in 15 mins, did not happen. Then I had to call daily, asked to get manager or owner to call me. She called eventually, said she would talk to her workers and get back to me. Never has called back. They record phone calls, so I know she knows exactly what the problem is. They also screen calls with Caller ID, and if they don't want to talk to you they just let the machine answer. I can't believe how unprofessional they are, and so scared of conflict that the owner will not even talk to me!! Unbelievable. The only good thing I can say about them is the women they have answering the phone are very nice, and professional. However the owner is mal-treating them by leaving them in the middle and hiding behind them, instead of growing up and phoning me directly to deal honestly and openly with an unhappy customer.
Unfortunately, I had already paid them on the day of their work. I have launched a complaint with the BBB. Public reviews is the only way I can hope to get their attention now. Meanwhile I am left with a hole in the roof, mold growing, and a costly repair bill to fix their shoddy work.
