I do not recommend this dealer at all.
We bought a trailer there in March of 2008.
Our pick-up time was set for mid May in the AM.
1 hour before our appointment on that day I get a phone call telling me my trailer will not be ready for 4 more hours.
Now I already have a babysitter at my house to watch our son which is costing me $$$ every hour.
We arrive to pick it up 4 hours later and low and behold it is not ready and we are also then told it is damaged as well.
Now keep in mind I purchased it in March so they had over 2 months to clean and check it out yet they waited until 1 hour before I arrive???
The girl that was suppose to clean it out for us walks off the job as we are there so now WE have to clean our NEW trailer ourselves? Nice eh?
We get inside and low and behold there is more damage to the roof....
We were assured that it would be taken care of and that replacement parts would be ordered and installed in 4-6 weeks.
15 weeks(almost 4 months) later I still did not receive a call so I called them.
Would you beleive that Diamond RV had not even ordered the parts!
WOW what a nightmare......do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.
Also note that Novak RV just down the street is also owned by Diamond RV so I would also stay away from there.
On a side note, I even gave them another chance and went into their parts department looking for some towing mirrors. The ones I wanted were not in stock so I was told to leave my name and number (which of cours I did) and that Diamond would have them in for me the next day. That was over 2 months ago and still no call? Needless to say I bought them elsewhere and I am now officially done with this dealer.
I hope anyone choosing to buy from Diamond RV has a better experience then I did.....it was truely awful. (and still is as my parts have still not been installed...)
