When I bought home, I asked my broker to refer a good guy for inspection and he called Yuri. Later I was worried as seller's broker was my brokers son and I though as both brokers are related what if they just want to sell home and not took care of me? Anyways, when I met Yuri and saw his professionalism I knew I need not to worry. He saved me around 2K and I'll recommend him to anyone.

Yuri was thorough and meticulous, but to the point. He gave us confidence in our decision to buy the house that we ended up with. The follow up was prompt and to the point, and we will use it as a reference when making plans for the renos on our new home.

As a first time home buyer I was completely inexperienced in the entire process. My time was well spent researching for a home inspector with well rounded expertise for our newly purchased home. Yuri did an excellent job in digging through the details of possible drawbacks in the house. Although I have past exposure in home inspection, I learnt a lot from Yuri within a matter of few hours.
