Extremely professional service provided by Yuri. The home inspection was performed in a very detailed manner. We found Yuri very courteous during our dealings with him. The Report of Home Inspection provided to us was very professionally prepared.

This is not the first time when I saved over 5000 dollars at closing using Yuri as my home inspector. I have been told by Yuri that the furnace reached its life expectancy and that the electrical panel location is not adequate. Therefore I requested in my offer to have the electrical panel relocated and the furnace to be certified by a licensed technician. The outcome was that I got the old furnace replaced with a brand new high efficiency furnace and the electrical panel relocated.
Yes Yuri’s fee is approx. $50 more than the other home inspectors, but when you get one of the biggest investments of your life you better go with the pro. Furthermore, Yuri always ready to answer whatever question you might have regarding the property. Go with him, you are not going to regret.
