I am writing this review in regards to my home inspection given by Yuri. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his attention to detail. I would Yuri's services to anyone.

We are first time home buyers and our real estate agent recommended using Yuri to inspect a home in the Toronto area. We found Yuri to be very thorough and patient as he inspected the home. The home did have some issues, which Yuri was able to estimate a cost for and give us his advice. We even followed up with a call the next day which Yuri was very happy to accomodate. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend Yuri to anyone looking for a home inspector.

I am very happy with Yuri’s inspection. He pointed out many deficiencies. I believe he saved me a lot of money. The inspection was very detailed, over 4 hour’s long. This is what we all want to have to make sure that we all know what we get with the house we are purchasing. He inspected a 23 yrs old, 4 bdr house for me. Yuri is one the rare professional people that you can find these days. He is great at his job, both knowledge wise and personality. He offered great level of professionalism.

As a first time home buyer, I was very impressed with the inspector's knowledge base and professionalism. Yuri was early for the inspection and prepared. He thoroughly went through the entire house and took the time to explain the current state of the house and answer questions. I really appreciated the suggestions made for future maintenance issues as well. Yuri did such a great job that my five year old niece went home and did an inspection of our old house!
