Carleton Refrigeration fixed a leak in my A/C unit that had undergone similar repairs the previous summer. The previous year's work was still under warranty thus there was no charge for this summer's work. I was pleased that the warranty was honoured with no hesitation - the sign of a professional, customer oriented company.

We needed a new A/C unit as ours was done. Called Carleton Refrigeration and installing was done by the end of the week. Since we were getting a new A/C we thought to clean our ducts and install a new dehumidifier all at once. They were very professional and I'm highly likely to recommend to anyone. They were in and out in one day. I was on a budget and they helped me get all those services done within the budget I had. Service second to none

Two man team power brushed and vacuumed inside the ducts, taking photos both before and after cleaning. This was an excellent demonstration of the efficiency of the service. Both crew members were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all questions about their service, equipment and the condition of the ducts. Cleanup after the duct cleaning (fastening cleaning port cover panels, taping joints and cleaning the floor area) was neat and thorough.

Dealing with the staff of Carleton Refrigeration has been a great experience. The service received right from the estimate to the installation of the generator was excellent. We would highly recommend this product for peace of mind.
