Excellent work. We had a Furnace and Air conditioner installed and duct work moved. The guys did the work in a professional manner. Answered all the questions that we had for them. After the job was done they cleaned up even though we are in the middle of other renovations. The rest of the staff that we dealt with was also great. Would recommend this company and will use again.

Joel was on time and friendly. Worked away quietly without any disruption to my day (I work from home). Was very willing to respond to my questions in a very unhurried and detailed manner which made it seem like I was not a bother but that he was glad to help me understand.

My air condition wasn't working so I called Carleton Refrigeration. They came out promptly. He was very curtious put on his shoe covers. After checking things out he discovered that the air conditioning unit wasn't hooked up and the reason being is that a new furnace had been installed but not by Carleton Refrigeration. Everything is working great.

Excellent service. Couldn't make scheduled time but phone well before and let us know they would be a couple of hours late. That's what I call keeping up their customer service. The technician was professional and very accommodating. Would completely recommend this firm. Only been with them a couple of years but they give their customers the best.

We have had technicians from Carleton Refrigeration come into our home for Duct Cleaning, Air Conditioner, Furnace & HRV maintenance checkup & mostly recently dryer vent cleaning & the technicians were all very professional & pleasant to deal with. Office staff emailed us when to expect technicians on their scheduled dates & times & even included photo of technician who would be doing the service call & technician would follow up with a phone call when they were on their way.

Highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Once again, a very positive experience- Joel was pleasant and efficient, and took the time to explain to me the issue I may be facing with my A/C, and created a work estimate so I would know to expect, if the motor failed.
