I have had some issues with my old furnace in the dead of winter last year, so when I moved I decided to get that replaced. I had the water heater changed at the same time. Jamie was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and we weren't easy on him. He was able to answer all our questions, and gave us what we wanted. The installers were great, and professional. We were told by another company that a power vented heater couldn't be put in, but when I phoned Reliance, they were able to put it in. They did a seamless job, and the customer service was great.

Decided to get central air this year. Scott was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were perfect. I didn't even notice they were there. I wouldn't have changed any part of the experience.

The compressor went on my old air conditioner. So I had Reliance come out and give me a quote on a new one. Gerry has a nice guy, honest and straight forward. The installers were great, very nice and professional.

I didn't have an air conditioner, so I decided to get one this year and take advantage of the don't pay for 2 summers deal. The salesman italo was good and on time, the installers were as well. Would have loved printed instructions for how to use air conditioner, but was still satisfied with the job done. Great company!

Had the furnace and a/c replaced because the a/c wasn't working, and I wanted to switch my furnace to a high efficient one. The installers were fast, careful, and friendly. Scott was good, he showed us all the options for hardware, costs, etc. Very good, had no issues

My previous hot water tank had been getting old, and looked like it was leaking. I didn't want to be heating the water all the time, especially with the cost of electricity.Gerry was informative, and the installers were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and did a good job explaining how to use the new hot water heater

I decided to replace my furnace and air conditioner because they had both gotten fairly old. Jamie was good. He was forthright and informative. The installers did a good job, including explaining how the new thermostat works. The only issue was a mix up with the call center, as well as the old equipment getting picked up a few days late.
