Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

It was time to get a new furnace and a/c, the ones I had were getting old. The salesman Jamie was very helpful, no problems. The installers were great. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't bother anyone. Overall good job

My old furnace had broken down, and it was more cost effective to buy a new one. Italo came out and talked to me about the new furnace. He was very good. I did have a hard time with the office trying to schedule the install of the furnace. The installers were good. The came in told me what they were going to do, were clean and then left.

I decided to get a new air conditioner because it is recommended for people with MS. Italo was good, was able to answer all my questions. The installers were good as well, there were no problems. For the most part, everyone did their jobs. The only issue was the electrician leaving behind a bit of a mess.

I decided to replace my equipment because they were getting old. I had a tankless hot water heater put in because it handles hard water better. Before I was heating more minerals than water. The salesman Jamie was great, a nice guy. The installers were phenomenal, the best I've met in the industry. They left a great impression

I had just bought the house, and it had a very old low boy furnace from the 1950s. My hydro bill was high because of this. Al was good, explained everything very well. Was able to talk if we had a problem. I had a problem with the new furnace a couple weeks later, and Al took my call, even though he was away in Toronto, and arranged it to be fixed right away. The installers were good, everything went well. They worked hard, they were working from 9am till 5pm and with no complaints.

My old furnace was old and the fan was loud. Jamie was good when he came to give us a price. I had no issue with him. The installers did a good job, did everything almost the way I wanted. I was hoping for the fan control switch to be upstairs but they did install it next to the furnace iwhen I asked about putting in a switch

My old equipment was broken, so I decided to have Italo come and give me a quote. He went through a process to show me what the best system was for my home. He was very detailed and that helped me make my correct decision. The installers did what the needed to do. They even asked questions to see where I would like to have the furnace vented. The only thing is they had to come back 3 times to get my thermostat fixed.

I got my new air conditioner as a wedding gift from my grandmother, and it was hot outside. The salesman Italo was very good, went over everything. The installers and electricians were gentlemen, explained everything well.

I had had 2 water tanks previously, and they both only lasted around 10 years. My home has 5 people living in it, and there was never enough hot water, so I decided that tankless was the way to go. I changed the A/C because it was 21 years old and making noises, and also put in an HRV, which has made quite a difference in my home. It no longer smells like kitty litter when I walk in the door. Al was awesome. Explained things very well, and when I had a question he wasn't sure of, he asked for help from Dave to make sure i had all the right information. The installers were phenomenal. The crew came in, and after they had split up all the different tasks, they got right to work, and were done quickly, doing a thorough job. I had gotten a new furnace from another company before hearing about Reliance, and that was a mistake. I will be coming back to Reliance when it's time to get another furnace

I put in a new air conditioner because I just got a new house. Everything went great. Italo was excellent. Everything, in terms of customer service, the installers, everything was great. So far so good
