In having my furnace's annual checkup and cleaning a problem was identified and two parts and they were ordered. When a different serviceman (Terry) came to install the parts he recognized where the problem existed and the fact that only one of the parts was required to correct the problem. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service and phoned to have the billing adjusted

After some initial communication issues with the salesperson, I was very happy with the professionalism of the purchasing and installation process. The technicians were polite, on time and kept me informed of what they were doing and why. I am pleased with our new Lennox furnace.

Employee Jaroslaw has maintained our furnace for several years. We previously had the Pulse unit. He is very knowledgable and answers all of my questions about the unit. He is always on time and I feel satisfied after is has checked out our furnace.

Jaroslaw made a special trip to our home again this fall to tune up the furnace and humidifier , it's working great and the new gas bbq hook up is neat and perfect, thx!

They came when they said they would. Installers were professional. Cleaned up when they were done. Furnace is a tad louder than I would like but it works great .

I decided to get a new furnace because mine was 37 years old and I didn't have an A/C before, I also got a good deal. Al was great, 10/10. The installers were very professional and informative. They ended up forgetting something at the warehouse and were timely in getting back. They were amazing. I wouldn't have had anything done different.
