Bob came & assessed the problem with my water softener. Firstly we had reconnected one piece of the Venturi incorrectly. Secondly, the resin in the tank was swollen with ammonia from municipal treatment. Bob replaced it quickly. Bob was honest, instructional & very professional. Will definitely hire Bob again. My Kenmore Ultrasoft 400 water softener had an Error 1 code. I called White Water Softener Services Ltd to fix the water softener based on the positive reviews. From my first phone call with Cheryl, she was confident to assure me that they could repair a Kenmore water softener. She assisted with the scheduling of the appointment. Bob came to the house and professionally diagnosed the issue and replaced the motor and switch. Bob also educated me about my water softener and the proper techniques to keep it running smoothly. Would call this company for any water softener services as they are specialized and very knowledgeable about water softeners.

What a great experience with this company! We had a number of issues with our water system and our previous service company kept putting us off (over 2 weeks waiting for a service call). I called White Water on Friday and they were out on Monday. Bob explained everything he was doing, fixed everything beautifully and was very reasonably priced. I am so sorry we only now discovered White Water, but I am so relieved to have established a service relationship with them.

Outstanding service. My water softener was repaired quickly at a very reasonable price by a friendly experienced and very knowledgeable technician. The softener was installed improperly by another company. The technician diagnosed the problem, explained my options clearly and performed the necessary repairs quickly and effectively . I was referred to this company and Bob by Sears. in my honest opinion, Bob was very polite, friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the inner workings of my water softener and the issues...and the remedial action that is required along with cost. His charges were very reasonable. what I like about Bob is that he is not just into fixing and leaving...but also requested that I could call him any time if there were any recurring issues. He has sure won a new customer and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Bob:-)

Our water softener was leaking. Bob arrived on time for the appointment and was friendly and knowledgeable. He told us what the problem was and our options. He replaced our cracked tank and explained everything to us. All was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend to anyone that has water softener issues.

Bob came to our home on time for our appointment. He was cheerful, neat and organized. Was able to diagnose the problem immediately and effected the repair. Other companies might have tried to sell us a new machine since ours is 25 years old, but Bob told us there was absolutely no reason to have to replace our existing machine. He also took the time to give me some hints as to how to properly operate the machine for optimum performance. I thought the repair cost to be reasonable. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who requires Bob's services.

These guys have been in the business for about 25 years.
They really know their stuff. Quick and easy install.
A little mix-up about the style of softener, but no big deal.
The only negatives for me are their website (doesn't work well for my Mac) and their showroom (in a private residence).
But like I said, no big deal.
Overall a very good experience.
