Bob came to our home on time for our appointment. He was cheerful, neat and organized. Was able to diagnose the problem immediately and effected the repair. Other companies might have tried to sell us a new machine since ours is 25 years old, but Bob told us there was absolutely no reason to have to replace our existing machine. He also took the time to give me some hints as to how to properly operate the machine for optimum performance. I thought the repair cost to be reasonable. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who requires Bob's services.
