ProCare has made my life a living hell for the past 8 months

Big miss for pro care plumbing , I am without a shower and proper plumbing . They left me in October with a sewage smell on the brand new hook up . In July I moved my mini home that I lived in for 5 years . They put all new pipes in , in October I called to tell them I was smelling raw sewage, no one showed up , called back in December when we couldnt use shower or flush without using a backer to get waste out of toilet or shower. They came and said it was venting issues would go to office and talk to owner and get back to us. Mean while we went all January with same issues and in February he pipes froze. And he said its not a us issue the pipes are backed up with sewage and frozen. It took the guy six hours and could not find reason and owner came over and said go bang on pipes and found the frozen section. So they replaced all the new lines 30 feet and sent a bill . Then two weeks later still smelling bad he raw sewage and pipes froze again we was told by new plumber the reason is because wrong piping was installed.Pipes that will only go 30 feet and freeze is because the length of pipes are supposed to cover 60 feet which the length of my mini home. And now after the pipes gets replaced by with same grade piping thats not up to code I have to go and get all new piping that is up to code which is a grade higher to be able to shower in my home and use my bathroom. I called pro care back and told Tyson the owner my issues. He yelled at me and said legal action on me is in process because I refused to pay for a malpractice job .he threatened me by saying its my life and my credit that I will ruin in the end , a week after their last visit he already sought legal action without knowing I wasnt going to pay . I still have septic smell and cant use my bathroom at all, still have piping thats not up to code and They are rude and only care about the money not the customer. I have to replace my bathroom floor because of as they said water damaged from backed up pipes. I will I close pictures I have BBB on his case and lawyers and inspector coming to get this problem fixed. I have a kid here and she can't even use bathroom in her own home because of ProCare plumbing. I would rate 0 stars if I could and will never recommend anyone using their services.

Horrible service

Horrible, horrible service. Installed wrong size toilet (17" not 15"requested). Now needs bucket to flush. Didn't come with correct supplies and tools. Plumber hostile; threatened to walk off the job when I expressed disappointment.

Company Response

Procare Plumbing checked the main sewer, ran the power auger to make sure the sewer was clear of debris, this was done free of charge. Customer had 2 issues: toilet on main floor not flushing properly and bathroom sink was not piped properly or to code. We re-piped the bathroom sink to code and recommended the toilet be replaced. Procare made 3 different trips to show the customer different options for toilets. The customer picked the toilet from our suppliers product catalog which has all specs and description. This was a special order. The customer notified us a few days after installation that she did not like the toilet (too high) and did not flush properly. The solution was to replace the toilet immediately to suit the customers needs, free of charge. Customer stated she required several weeks to source the product that suited her needs. Procare Plumbing cannot install a product for free for customers to use while making a decision for the proper product that suits them. This product that was installed was a special order. We have installed dozens of the same product in commercial and residential and never had any complaints of them not working properly. Procare Plumbing stands behind their work 110% and we have offered to go and install the product that the customer chooses, when they do, supplied by them, free of charge. Procare does not tolerate hostile customers. In that situation, you could bend over backwards and that suctomer would not be happy. The plumber we sent to do that job stated the customer was hostile and he would not return to that particular customers home.
Procare Plumbing stands behind their work and their staff 110%.

Exceeding Expectations .. AGAIN

Two years after installing our water filter system, Mike came by to tighten the faucet, showed us how the filter check worked (again) and even checked our outside tap. Although we did pay a significant amount to purchase and install the filter system, we certainly expected to pay the fees for a house call. Mike did this free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Procare to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy and well priced products and service. Thanks Mike, we are customers for life!
