They installed a new water heater for us because ours gave up the ghost! I was more than happy with their service. The guy who came was courteous and he was here for all but 7 hours. He seemed to know his stuff.

They put toilets in for us in the new low flush ones. He also remedied the faulty tank, which was the manufacturer’s fault and not his. He got us the proper tanks and fixed it and he did a very good job.

Action Auger was in here two years ago to fix our hot water tank. To be honest, from comparing prices, their prices are quite high. A month and a half ago our hot water tank went on the fritz and it can be replaced. They were definitely professional. I work for an h-vac company so I wouldn’t recommend them because I would refer them to my own company.

We had no problems with them. It was such a long time ago. They were hired for plumbing for a family member. They were very pleasant and did the work and they were good.

I was not too happy. They came and I just wish I could find a local plumber that would just come, do the work, get paid and move on with it. These big companies, I don’t like them. It’s very hard to find somebody. One guy from Action Auger was good and he gave me some tips, they were pleasant. I would not call them again.

It was okay. It wasn’t stellar though. I hired them to do some clean up and to do the furnace. We also got them to do the hot water tank but the woman didn’t know how to do it.

They were great. They were very friendly. They sorted out the problem we were having. It felt very safe with them in the house. They were also professional. We did have an issue just after they left. The furnace was making a noise but they sent someone out within a day, very quickly. Now we only have that noise every once in a while.

They came in and cleaned the whole place out. They did a good enough job and I have not had a problem since. I was happy with what they did.
