I was very happy with Tim from Action Auger today. The service was very good and thorough! He came in the time frame that they said they would and Tim was very helpful when it came to questions I had about my plumbing. I was also pleased when I found out there was a senior's discount.

I was not expecting to receive such great service this morning. I was very satisfied with Matt. He arrived when I was told he would and while he was at my house he answered all my questions and concerns about my plumbing. I was very surprised when Matt also did a free home inspection of all the plumbing in my home. It was really good to get that service as well.

I was just so satisfied with the service I received today. Not only did they arrive in the time frame they told me but even earlier which is always pleasant. Travis was a very nice young man. He was super pleasant and very thorough in his work and answered all the questions I had about my plumbing. He should be given a raise.

Derek came out to install two hot water tanks for me and I was very satisfied. He did a very good job and was a nice technician . He made sure everything was clean when he left and it was just good service

Dan was a very pleasant fellow. He came out to do a home inspection of our plumbing and take a look at our floor drain that was backing up. He not only arrived when he said he would but was available to answer any questions we had about our plumbing while resolving the issue we had. If we ever need a plumber again we will certainly be asking for Dan again!

I originally had an appointment booked for between 1-5 to have someone come over to unclog my kitchen sink. I was very surprised and happy when the lady called saying she could move my appointment up earlier. Bryan was very good. He did the job he was suppose to and worked very fast. Overall I am very satisfied

I was very satisfied with the service today. They arrived on time and when they said he would. Wayne answered all my questions and concerned very professionally. The service call went well. I had to clean up the bathroom after the service as the equipment used made a small mess on the walls.

I was not too impressed. I wasn’t too pleased with the work or what they charged me. I hired them for a clogged drain. I phoned the manager after because I was so displeased. They charge too much.
