An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I was very satisfied with the service today. They arrived on time and when they said he would. Wayne answered all my questions and concerned very professionally. The service call went well. I had to clean up the bathroom after the service as the equipment used made a small mess on the walls.
