Hansen was recommended to us by friends when we needed help with a furnace installation. In October 2020, Ryan and Olivier reinstalled a new furnace for us when the original company we hired left us with a shoddy mess. The work they did for us was professional in all regards and the finished project passed inspection with no trouble. A few weeks later, Ryan returned after hours, on a freezing cold night, to repair a small problem and save us from a night without heat. Hansen provides excellent customer service and we would certainly deal with them again and recommend them to others.

Needed to replace the hot water tank as it started to leak. Tech was able to come out 2 hr after I called. Aaron was on-time, completely the job and made some improvements to how our setup was function. was a great experience.

This is the second time we’ve used Hansen Plumbing. I like that they honour returning customers. Today Ryan & Aaron fixed a leak in a shower stall. They phoned to say they were on their way at the scheduled time and they knew exactly what they were doing. I didn’t want a hole in the adjoining bedroom wall to get to the leaky facet & having to move furniture etc. They installed a new facet, careful not to damage any tiles, left the bathroom clean & tidy. Put on a lovely chrome cover over the new facet, very acceptable & looks great. Even added a bit of caulking to a towel bar that was loosening. Thank you so much. I would HIGHLY recommend Hansen’s plumbing if you’re as fussy as I am & appreciate highly skilled professionals.
