Our furnace was red-tagged by another company on a routine inspection. Holmes had the best quote for a replacement. Not only that, Vaughn (the person who quoted and supervised) was knowledgable and informative as well as being very responsive to our needs. Derek and Steve (the installers) were pleasant and very neat. They did a speedy and impressive job-- 24 hours after our old furnace was shut off our new one was operational and we completely understood the bits of maintenance that were necessary and how it worked. Very relieved at how this came out and perfectly satisfied with the company.

Neil During just completed the work order and put my furnace back to function. He is very pleasant and efficient. He reached on time and focused on getting the furnace up and running. He convinced me to buy the insurance and answered al the questions professionally. I will recommended his services highly and will spread the word about your company to my friends and colleagues.

Instead of just replacing an electronic component, he took the time to diagnose and fix the problem, all the time explaining what he was doing. First class work. Having trained staff in providing service I was blown away by the knowledge and the level of service that I have received by the salesman (Feddie), the tech (Neil) and the installers (Chris). Being a single woman I have to admit that I am somewhat cautious and suspicious when dealing with purchases outside of my comfort zone. We had Neil Durling come over for an emergency call. We had no heat in the house. Neil was great he was professional and explained in clear terms what the problem was and gave us some tips. I would recommend Neil and ask for him any time. He was great! Thank you Neil!

On the coldest day of the winter our furnace quit. Holmes heating were fantastic from start to finish. From the repairman Sean, to the salesman Vaughan, and the installers, Derek and Steve, every step of the way they were all professional and courtious.They were able to replace the 18 year old furance the next day, and with minus 25 outside that was very much appreciated! I will recommend to anyone that has furnace trouble to give Reliance Holmes heating and cooling a call. They are great!

We called Holmes Heating after our old furnace died in the middle of January. They intalled a brand new one the same day. They were very courteous and professional. Top notch service.
