We cannot say enough great things about how our restoration project was handled by a Complete Restoration Services. From the moment their team walked into our home, they handled each step professionally.
Our home was a disaster after an ice back up leak went through 2 of our floors (including damaging our kitchen and most of our hardwood on the main floor)
The team came in and turned the mess into a manageable living situation. We have 5 children and they accommodated our schedule to complete the projects so we could relocate during major repairs. Every step of the restoration process, our house was left clean, and organized.
The teams and trades that entered our home were always courteous, respectful and clean.

My basement was flooded in March and our insurance company picked Complete Restoration as they came in with the lowest quote. While there were a couple of hiccups with scheduling at the beginning of the job, I ended up being extremely satisfied. There were extensive repairs to get my basement back to working order - painting, taping, baseboard installation, new floor and subfloor, install of under floor heating, clean up. The team sent by Adam was highly professional, took pride in their work, and only left when I was completely satisfied. I am using them again for another job I have around the house which I think is the best recommendation.

We were living in the Shangri La Residences in Toronto when one evening we heard what sounded like bubblewrap being popped. Our dog ran to where the sound was coming from and alerted us to what was in fact a waterfall coming down our living room. We called the emergency services and our insurance company TD Meloche Monnex. Within one hour of speaking with TD, Taylor Complete Restoration turned up into our suite (before the emergency services may I add). At this point there was water coming through the ceilings, pot lights and under the doors.

Complete Restoration helped us move all our furniture, art etc in the effected areas to a safer spot in the unit, wrapped what they could to protect it and worked on a strategy to save everything.

The incident started at 8:45pm and the water only got turned off around 1am - an absolute disaster. We left for the hotel around 4am not knowing what damage we would come back to the next day.

Kim and her crew from Complete Restoration were there bright and early the next day and had organised crates for the chandeliers and artwork, fans to extract the water, and anything else that was necessary. By the end of the day, the suite was empty, and everything was saved aside from two of my husbands shirts we used as a quick grab option to block water from coming under a door. We couldn't believe it - everything was saved.

We were leaving for California the next day and left everything in Kim's beyond capable hands - everything was cleaned, wrapped, stored and looked after for us.

We never moved back into the suite as it took a year for it to be restored as it had to be completely gutted, and ended up moving to Chicago so we didnt actually see any of our items until they appeared over 8 months later. Beautifully cleaned and cared for like nothing had every happened.

Without Kim and her crew, we would easily have lost everything. They were on site immediately and didnt leave until their job was done. I left everything with Kim whilst we were away and will never forget what she did for us.

I cannot describe in words how highly I recommend Complete Restoration - you will not be disappointed. I just hope that if you are reading this, that it isnt because your home is flooding!

After a flood in my home, my insurance company sent over Complete Restoration Services to remove the water, dry everything up and begin the restoration process.

This service was paid for by my insurance company. Due to a flood in my kitchen I was devastated as to the mess of the current hardwood. . I could not have bee put in touch with a better company. Everyone who came to my home from the adjustor to the flooring people to the workman right down to the lady who painted the baseboards as the finishing touch were awesome. The floor installers were friendly and very good at their jobs. They worked steadily throughout the day and were not out smoking or on their phones.
