Disappointed as the site states they deal with all these brands and do installations but when I called about my GE Wall Oven door problem I was told that they do not repair Wall Ovens - I also asked if I were to buy a new wall oven would they install it and I was told they do not do installations - Got back to my promptly but maybe they should update the website

I called Rick Monday and left him a message.He called back within the hour.Told him the problem we were having with our dryer and he promised to come out and fix the problem.Completed this morning.Highly recommend.

Only a few days before Thanksgiving at our cottage, we found out our oven had stopped working. Rick answered the call immediately, arrived on the Thursday and had the part delivered and installed on Friday so we were good to go for the weekend. Rick called me and we set up an appointment within 1 business day. He arrived, assessed the issue and promptly fixed it. I would recommend Rick to anyone who is looking for appliance repair.

Our refrigerator would not cool. We phoned the maker for service and were told they could not come for 6 days. No refrigerator for 6 days? Unacceptable!!! On reccomendation we called The Appliance Service Network and immediately were informed by Rick that he would be there later that day and would call us when he was on his way. He did, arrived promptly, asked a few questions and got to work. Ib a timely fashion the fridge was working. Rick seemed to have the knowledge and exoerience needed to do the job. Best of all, he actually had the part needed on his truck and we did not have to wait 2 to 3 days for that to arrive. He worked neatly and efficiently and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Machine would fill but not perform wash, spin cycles. Service was very fast - within 2 hours of call. Parts were on-hand so machine was fixed immediately. Very happy.

Rick answers his phone quickly, and responds to your problem liKe it was his. He has great work ethics, as he drove quite a distance to pickup the part and installed the next day as Christmas was fast approaching.
This was the 2nd experience with him, once back in 2011, and now 2017.
It is nice to know you can count on Rick with his experience, reliability, and kindness.

I got the repair guys number from my friend who said Rick was great! He came to see the problem and repaired it in just afew days after ordering the part. Very nice man and I felt comfortable with the information Rick gave me.

I own and manage 5 properties where I have at least 50 appliances that need servicing from time to time. I call Rick ALL the time. He is responsive, very fair, very honest and generally a great guy to work with. What is especially great is that he e-mails all the receipts so it makes it so easy for tracking of all repair costs. I recommend him highly!

I described the problem over the phone, and Rick had a pretty good idea of what the problem might be. He arrived promptly and fixed it quickly. The charge was lower than what I expected. He was very pleasant to talk to and deal with.
