The Appliance Service Network

Our refrigerator would not cool. We phoned the maker for service and were told they could not come for 6 days. No refrigerator for 6 days? Unacceptable!!! On reccomendation we called The Appliance Service Network and immediately were informed by Rick that he would be there later that day and would call us when he was on his way. He did, arrived promptly, asked a few questions and got to work. Ib a timely fashion the fridge was working. Rick seemed to have the knowledge and exoerience needed to do the job. Best of all, he actually had the part needed on his truck and we did not have to wait 2 to 3 days for that to arrive. He worked neatly and efficiently and I would definitely use him again in the future.
