We hired Sardis Appliance Repair to take a look at our old Kenmore freezer after another company came to do some maintenance unplugged it and it wouldn't start back up. The technician that arrived was very polite, and timely. Upon arrival he took apart the evaporator cover to see if it was even trying to cool and determined that both the evaporator and condenser were at room temp. He took the time to get his gages and tap into the sealed system to then find a restriction in the line, which I appreciate being a plumber. Great company, clearly very knowledgeable technicians, and all in all I paid $320 for about two hours of the technician's time, including a new filter he welded in. That's awesome!
