Aurora Windows was recommended to me by a close friend. I had a seal break on one of my front sealed unit windows in the front of my house. Felix was at my door within a day to measure and provide a quote. After only a two week wait Vitaly was installing. Fantastic experience all around. Vitaly is a master at his craft of installations. I have more work coming up in the spring and will absolutely us Aurora Windows again. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Excellent service. Great salesperson and efficient delivery and installation. Only regret is that we did not realize that vinyl windows pose a problem for hanging window coverings. The installer very kindly put back the drapery brackets for the big picture window but with the foyer window we had to install above the frame as drilling into the vinyl to hold brackets would be unstable and would void the warranty. Other than that, which was our misunderstanding, everything was perfect.

I contacted my Management Company for 1133 Ritson Rd. N. townhouses. Thet gave me the approval to have a replacement and contacted Aurora Windows to have this done. Aurora Windows contacted me for measurements and again when the patio doors were ready. The installers were very professional and after the installation the patio doors looked great. I was very impressed to the finishing that they provided.

We were recommended this company by a previous contractor that worked on our home. After reaching out to them about our project they were very quick to provide an estimate and to schedule the work. Although the installer was supposed to come earlier in the day he eventually arrived and was ready to work (unfortunately even after sunset). Vitaliy did a fantastic job. The cutouts from the home were not ideal for capping, however Vitaliy demonstrated his expertise to properly finish the windows. Overall great experience with this company.

We had a great experience with Aurora from sales with Alon to installation a few years ago. We had 13 new windows installed. The staff were all professional and very respectful. The installers did great work; they were very clean and paid great attention to detail. We are now in the market to get the last few windows in our home and two sliding doors replaced and the first person we called was Alon from Aurora Windows. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Aurora from sales to installation. We had a new front door installed and a side door capped in colour matched aluminum. The staff were all professional and very respectful. We had to re-schedule our installation and they were very patient and accommodating. The installers did great work; they were very clean and paid great attention to detail. Our door opening was far from square, yet the installation and finishing work are excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.
