Alon was very professional and pleasure to work with. He assisted me with a great selection of door glass designs and a big number of paint samples.
The installation team was friendly and very professional, everything went seamlessly.
It took a while for the door to be made and arrive, but I am 100% satisfied with the outcome.
I highly recommend this company and definitely will be referring to anyone who asked.

We contacted Aurora Windows to obtain a quote to replace our 2 basement windows that weren't closely correctly. Other companies had quoted me up to $1,500 ea for an 8" x 28" window & frame replacement. Alon came to our rescue today and showed us how there was no issue with the windows at all - - the problem was us!! He was so helpful in showing us what we were doing wrong with the locks, how to take the windows in & out and how to close them securely. Although slightly embarrassing for us, it was also a huge relief !
Alon was very kind and friendly and informative. I will definitely call him directly for any future window needs. :). I was honestly really impressed.

Would highly recommend them from sales to installation they were great to work with. Alon understood exactly what we were looking for, and the installers went above and beyond to get the job done even though it was not easy in a 100 year old home. The house looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier with Aurora Windows and Doors. Will use them again in the future for any projects we may have.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while - Aurora Windows & Doors did a fantastic job on my front door install back in October 2020.

The installer and his assistant were knowledgeable, and extremely tidy through their work.

Price was competitive, I highly recommend and would use them without hesitation in the future!

We had to replaced our old wood framed windows because they were not providing proper insulation. Rob came out and was very informative and patient with helping us pick out the style of windows and doors. It was a smooth process all the way through and we're very happy with results.

We're looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

Very pleased with the service we received! We received excellent advice on the best styles that would suit our home, and Alon and his team provided a quotation with a competitive price in a very timely manner. We were given an installation date very soon after confirmation. The installation process was completed in one day, the job was done professionally, cleanly, and efficiently, and the windows are beautiful, modern and excellent quality. We used to have a problem with cold air entering through small cracks during the winter, and the problem is completely gone now. Highly recommended!

Based on previous reviews, we contacted Aurora Windows and Doors for an estimate. They quickly arranged a date for the estimate and arrived promptly on time. The quoted price was very competitive. Their office was in constant contact with us in finalizing the details and working with us to arrange an installation date. The installers were exactly on time and took about 2 hours to remove the old doors and install and seal the new doors. The two gentlemen worked very well together and were meticulous in ensuring a proper fit. They did a professional job of installing the aluminum capping and inserting foam insulation and caulking the joints. The work area was cleaned up and spotless. The doors look great. We appreciated the constant contact from the office prior to and during the installation. I would highly recommend Aurora Windows and Doors to anyone looking looking to upgrade or improve the look of their home.
