It was a pleasant experience working with this company. They were efficient, and did a good job. The windows and trim looks really well and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very helpful, and I would have no trouble in recommending them to anybody.

My friend Mike who had his windows and doors installed by this company refereed me to contact Aurora Windows & Doors Ltd. Sales rep Alen came to my house to provide an estimate. He spent over an hour to go over the details and offered a substantial discount.
We made a decision to go with Aurora Windows & Doors Ltd. 5 weeks later Edward and his crew came to install the windows and door. Although them communicated in Russian among themselves, It didn't bother us because they answered all my questions in English. Job was done very professional. Next year I'm planing to contact them to complete the rest of the windows in the house as they promised to get the same discount. I'm happy with the price and quality.

Complete house windows and 2 patio doors removed and replaced with quality new window and glass. Garage door and garage windows clad in aluminum. Work was of very high quality and great workmanship. Workers were polite and very professional. Excellent company and very satisfied.

Needed a new porch enclosure and storm door. Aurora would do the work if I also ordered a new entry door which I did. Work completed, priced well, good workmanship, and we are well satisfied.

Front bay window replaced by Aurora Windows, Oshawa. I was there when it was done and saw some very poor workmanship. Contacted Chris Jehu and he was very helpful in resolving some of the issues..

In June 2013 I decided to replace a bay window patio door that had a lateral panel broken and a bow window that was foggy. As these were two expensive pieces, I called about 10 companies to give me estimation. Chris, the representative presented some options, invited me to go to the show room and test the product. Although my plan for that day was only change these two pieces, Chris took his time to give me a ballpark figure for the entire home, as I have plans to replace all windows and two other doors in the future. Aurora Windows and Doors was not the less expensive among the quotes that I got, but they had a good price and very professional approach. The time frame for manufacturing was 8 weeks and when it was ready , their staff contacted me to schedule installation. Their installers were punctual,hardworking, did a good job and left the site clean. I am very satisfied with the job done!

Moved into an older century home and required all windows to be replaced. The installer and quote person were both extremely good however the office personnel are terrible it was painful to have to call the one lady and speak slowly and tell her the same thing over and over again. In the end we just called the guy who did our quote and he handled everything after telling us the office woman was a pain. Their price was the best and installer was fast efficient and courtesous
