Window installers were professional very clean while working and also cleaned up after the job was completed. We eould highly recommend this company.

This was the 2nd time we used Aurora. We got 3 quotes and they were the best quote and we knew the quality was excellent. We did front bay! Door, sidelights, 2 bedroom and 1 bay bedroom - lots! Right from the estimate (Felix) to measuring and installation (Vitaly) we knew we made the right decision again. They are easy to deal with and I felt the quality of workmanship was like they would do in their own home. They took their time to do things right and cleaned up very well after themselves. Highly recommend! Our neighbours are all in awe of the transformation. Love it!

My bungalow needed all the windows replaced as the front windows were original- from 1959, and the last replacement done was in 1996. Sofia did the original assessment, followed by a follow up from a Vitaly who came to double check the measurements before the order was placed. Once the windows came in, Vitaly and his team quickly installed the windows. We changed 6 basement windows, a bathroom window, 2 windows in the kitchen and 3 from bedrooms, 1 small corner window and a massive window in our living room ( practically a full wall), total of 14 windows) Although we did have a delay due to the COVID 19 supply chain issue (delaying the largest of all windows- the bay window), they were quick to install and remained focused on the job. Vitaly and his team built a bay window (as I never had one before) and it changed everything! Everyone who saw them after were glad they were done, and my neighbours can’t stop complimenting the work, especially since our house now looks significantly better than it was before all the work done by Aurora Windows.

We were in need of new windows and doors, as we have originals from 1975. Our sales rep was very professional, was very informative and helpful with any questions we had. The installers were prompt, professional and were done in 2 days. We are planning on having them back in the spring to do basement doors and 4 more windows and that woUld be our whole house done!

The door and windows is beautiful and meet our expectations. Their installer is a pro who takes a ton of pride in his work and ensures a quality install. Had them come out for a simple repair later and it was done quickly and professionally as well.

Had some very old windows, that needed replacing. I found Aurora windows through a Google search, as well as HomeStars. They were highly rated in both. I contacted Alon through email, which he promptly answered. Once the measuments were taken, we just had to wait for the date of installation. The two man crew were very polite, and worked very fast. I couldn't be happier with the end result, and I highly recommend them. Money very well spent.

The finished product is beautifully crafted and installed.
From the first contact with Alon to the completed installation was smooth even with the Covid delays.
Remember to cover everything indoors and out as it is not a concern of the installation supervisor which is why the 4 star satisfaction.
We are very happy with Aurora and would deal with them again.
