We needed a fireplace to be the center piece of our newly finished basement, and a friend recommend these guys because of the work they had done in his. The people in the showroom were helpful, and they were able to help us zero in on the perfect fireplace. Karen helped us figure out what framing should be done and where and we placed the order at the height of the pandemic. Getting the fireplace took an extra month or so - supply chain issues like everywhere else, but once it arrived they quickly sent out the installers. Kyle and Conner were friendly and professional, and fast. They found that my framing wasnt quite right, and they quickly adjusted it for me. The fireplace is in and its beautiful.

The door and windows is beautiful and meet our expectations. Their installer is a pro who takes a ton of pride in his work and ensures a quality install. Had them come out for a simple repair later and it was done quickly and professionally as well. The office is also very helpful, ensuring we're well taken care of.
