Aurora windows was the second company we had come give us a quote on replacing our large front window. Their price came in at half of what another company quoted us yet were offering pretty much the same window. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy which was big for me. He made me feel we could trust him and in the end it was true. Every appointment they were on time, and once the window was installed we were so happy. The craftsmanship is top notch, I'm a perfectionist and can't find any flaws. We ran into a little hiccup during the install, not their fault, but they stopped the install, explained the issue and helped me troubleshoot until I came to a decision. Not a speck of dust was left behind and our front lawn was completely cleaned up after. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for windows and if you decide to use them, I'm confident you will too. It's nice and refreshing to find a company that really cares about their customers which I'm sure is why they've been in business so long. A+ from this happy customer.

We used at "Aurora windows and doors" to replace my 11 old windows and one front door.
It was very difficult to choose the company to work with and we made 4 estimates.

We changed the windows frame out installation and also sales rep Explained to us about the privileges of aluminum custom made brick molding , giving the option of proper insulation from outside, instead of vinyl one that other companies offers.

I had a storm Door installed, it was very efficient and well done, they cleaned up everything from the install and left with all the garbage and were very friendly.

We really didn't know who to get for installing our Windows i had quite a few Co.come over the years until we decided on this company the owner (Felix)came over explained everything to me and my wife and when we finally made the decision he came over again answered all our questions and told us to go see another house they were doing around the corner to see their work we met their head installer Dimitri who show us what he was doing which was much appreciated when it came for installing Sophia sent me emails regarding the dates when they came to install Demitri and his crew were efficient, clean and they installed everything ahead of schedule they answered all our questions and showed us how they worked these guys were great cleaned up everything my recommendation is if your looking at doors or windows this is the company for u GREAT GREAT COMPANY AND PEOPLE
