In June 2013 I decided to replace a bay window patio door that had a lateral panel broken and a bow window that was foggy. As these were two expensive pieces, I called about 10 companies to give me estimation. Chris, the representative presented some options, invited me to go to the show room and test the product. Although my plan for that day was only change these two pieces, Chris took his time to give me a ballpark figure for the entire home, as I have plans to replace all windows and two other doors in the future. Aurora Windows and Doors was not the less expensive among the quotes that I got, but they had a good price and very professional approach. The time frame for manufacturing was 8 weeks and when it was ready , their staff contacted me to schedule installation. Their installers were punctual,hardworking, did a good job and left the site clean. I am very satisfied with the job done!
