The work was done very professionally and met the promised deadline. We got excellent quality windows and doors . The service was exceptionally good. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

They are very good, hard workers. We have used this company before and we like their work. They are quick and clean. They make sure you are aware of how to use their product before they go.

Aurora sold and installed a beautiful front door and one interior window for us in December 2017. The door is modern, amazing quality and exactly what we were looking for but unable to find in the big box stores. The pricing was the best around and we definitely didn’t have to sacrifice quality. We get compliments on our new front door all the time and will continue to reccomend Aurora to everyone!!

Alon has been helpful in every way possible from the moment we met. He told me exactly what type of windows to get and explained the pros and cons of every option in thorough detail. He is fully knowledable in every way in windows and doors as he was an installer for many years before this. He tried to save me money at every opportunity and never upselled any product or item in any way. He is always available for any questions or concerns and does not stop until you are satisfied with all the work that has been done.
A few small issues that came up were quickly dealt with.

Alon the sales manager was great and gave us good pricing
The installers were strange and wouldn’t really talk to me and shut me out of my own rooms when doing the work. I didn’t like that the wouldn’t let me see what was going on or see the condition of the framing around the windows
Other then that all was well
