Good company to deal whit. Right on schedule . Very clean .Alon is an excellent sales man highly recommended. The installer was very good ,and clean.

They are very good at what they do. They were on time and did excellent work. We are very happy with the door and the service provided.

After receiving 5 quotes to replace all the windows in our home we decided to go with Aurora Windows. Sofia, was very patient and helpful and worked with us so that the windows met our needs at a price we could afford all while working within the GreenON rebate guidelines.

The window installation went great - the installers were professional, courteous and respectful. Friends told us to expect a lot of dust from the installation and to cover just about everything in the house - that wasn't really necessary. Everything was left even cleaner than it was before. We were very impressed.

I was seeking new front doors and Patio doors for my house and my neighbour 2 doors down from me just had new front doors installed by Aurora windows and Doors, and I had to ask my neighbour how was their experience with Aurora Windows and Doors, and they highly recommended them. So I decided to give them a call and went to their Oshawa showroom and my neighbours were right. The service was great from begging to end with the salesperson, all the installers and all staff at the showroom. They were very friendly helpful and caring to all your needs.
The installers were very careful and very professional and paid great attention to details while installing the doors. You can tell they were very experienced at what they do. They even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job they had done. A great experience like this is hard to find these days. Thank you very much Felix and thank you to all the installers for another great job! I would definitely recommend Aurora Windows and Doors to anyone that is seeking new doors or windows.
I absolutely love my new doors. You can really see the quality in their work and the quality of the doors. What a difference! It's so nice to know that their are some companies out there that really do care about customer service and satisfaction. Like I mentioned before very rare these day.

Original windows needed replacing. Aurora provided a prompt and reasonable quotation and fitted the new windows within six weeks. Expertly done - no concerns or issues.

From the sales (Alon), the installation, and the service department(Eugene) Professional,Courteous, Respect for client needs and definitely "Pride of Ownership". After my install I noticed that a couple of windows were not "sealed" when closed....contacted Alon and within the hour the service tech(Eugene) from Panes Windows contacted me, arranged to come out. Within a couple hours of his arrival all issues were resolved with a smile and handshake. These people are the "Real Deal"
