Amerispec Home Inspection Service

We had Brenton Pilling inspect our home and he was really knowledgeable and took the extra time to do a thorough inspection. We really liked the report he gave us which included lots of pictures and he explained everything really well. We would definitely recommend him to a friend!

We used Amerispec for the inspection when we bought our house and again for the inspection for the energy rebates when we did some renos. They were great both times, very thorough. We've been in the house for 3 years now and haven't found anything they missed.

We had a home inspections by Amerispec. The report was not that detailed (no pictures), but he reviewed any issues with me on site an explained everything, but a more detailed report would have been nice. When I tried to get my free 500 aeroplan miles from them they always said they would credit my account, but it never happened. Kind of nice to get those bonuses when you pay almost $500 for something.

Called them and they were out within in the week and did the inspection in three hours, full, comprehensive and in detail. The report was good and accurate. Would definitely recommend to others.
