The heating and electrical fellows that installed my heater were very polite and courteous, they went above and beyond for me. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up and all garbage removed. I would highly recommend these fellows, they had an excellent work ethic.

We had Tony, our comfort advisor from Gandy Installations, visit our home on August 30 to assess our needs. After the initial visit, I had to follow up on September 3 for a quote, and he explained they were having software issues, which I understood. He promised we would receive the quote by September 4 at the latest. It's now September 6, and I've received no quote or any follow-up from him. I'm extremely disappointed with this lack of communication and unprofessional service. I expected much better from a company with Gandy's reputation.

Great service starting from the office personal Stacey who was super nice and diligent with answering to any questions I had, to the technician who was here on time, competent and professional with his approach.

Dealing with this company for the first time but 100% ready to recommend to anyone who is in trouble during that heat waves.

I was recommended by family to consider Gandy for my home central AC and HW Boiler replacement.

Gandy provided to me, what I thought were reasonable quotes for both systems. A Lennox central AC, and a Navien on-demand HW system. Both systems were pricey, and some would consider them on the higher end.

The installations was done very professionally and efficiently. Very happy with the attentive care and service provided. There were a few 'hiccups' during some work done at my residence, but Gandy's stepped up, and resolved them quickly, to my satisfaction, and with a 'smile'.

For ongoing maintenance, I opted to go with Gandy's comfort program. You pay a monthly maintenance fee, but get annual maintenance service included, 15% discount on parts, and front of the line service. I find this is worth the investment, as unexpected repairs can get costly.

The only counter points I would make of Gandys are: responses from queries on occasion have taken in my opinion too long, and their rates for product and services are pricey.

Overall, I am very happy with my decision to go with Gandys, and do highly recommend them if they fit within your budget.

The Service Technician, Jordon, did an excellent job. He was very friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I requested Gandy for a quote for a tankless water heater system and a central AC and heat pump system. The technician (I won't say his name), came by and took a look at my place. It felt a bit of a rush throughout the process but I didn't get any impression that they were not interested in taking on not one, but 2 big projects. The technician told me he'll provide a quote by the weekend (he came on a Tuesday). The following Monday, I still did not receive any quote. I emailed the technician and he never replied to me. My only assumption is they are too busy and not interested in the projects. At the very least, they can politely decline the projects. To not get any response at all does not leave me with a pleasant experience. Will not use them in the future.

We had to find a reputable residential HVAC company in July just after the heat dome hit Southern BC, and before the next heat wave as our AC finally packed it in after 20 years. This was no easy task as all the HVAC companies were slammed because of the extreme hot summer temperatures we have been having. I took to the internet to do my research to see what reviews were out there for this type of company. Gandy Installations kept coming out on top as far as reviews, over and over!!! We finally ended up receiving quotes from six different companies, including Gandy. After we weighed out all our options we decided to go with Gandy, and we’re so glad we did. When Richard came out to take measurements and finalize our quote, he went through everything step by step to ensure we were well informed with the process and was very pleasant and informative. Our installers came out to do the installation of the AC and furnace a couple weeks later. Jason & Glen (our installers) were extremely respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They also explained the process step by step as they went and answered any questions we had. It was a very long day for them, but they were on their ‘A’ game the entire time. We referred to them as the ‘A Team’ as we couldn’t have asked for any better. We are so glad we chose Gandy. We would highly recommend Gandy to anyone looking for an honest, dependable and quality HVAC company. A job that exceeded our expectations every step of they way… A job extremely well-done Gandy!!!

Had an issue with my heatpump. Called Gandy and they arranged to get someone out the next day. After repair still had an issue so they came back the next day and found another issue great. This still didn't fix it so the 3 time the top tech came out found the third issue no charge. A/C now perfect and hats off to Gandy for working with me too resolve the issue.. Great peaple and would recommend any time any day. 5 stars
